3 month Baby G

I love when my clients have a special heirloom item that they want to use in their photos.  In this case, it was this absolutely gorgeous baptismal gown.  It has been in the family for over 50 years, and has the name and birth date of each child embroidered on the lace hem.  Oh my goodness all the love that has gone into that over the years!  I knew we had to make those photos as precious as the gown.  I love the super sweet sleepy photos we took in their amazing garden (yes, I'm envious!) while the family dog stood watch, as well.  Sweet dreams, little girl.

And I can't forget about my awesome little assistant, who waited so patiently for me to finish photographing his little sister so he could show me his super cool bike!  :)

6 month little Z

It was a lot of fun to see how much this little guy has grown in the last three months.  So full of giggles and smiles!  And thank you to his big sister M too, for being a great smile-getting, drool-wiping assistant!  :)

Welcome Baby G

I had the honor of meeting the newest little member of this beautiful family today.  She was a joy to photograph, with her big dark eyes and barely a peep out of her the entire session.  Congratulations W family!  

3 month baby Z

Three months ago, the O family welcomed baby Z into their family.  I loved spending time with him again today and seeing how much his big brother and sister adore him!  And I love, love, love the beautiful handmade crocheted sheep blanket their dear family friend made for him!  Big brother C is turning into a handsome young 8 year old soon too, so we had fun taking his special milestone photos today too.

B is one!

The last time I saw this little guy, he was just a baby.  He's started walking now, and boy did he give me a workout trying to stay in front of him with my camera!  :)  It took a little while to coax some smiles out of him, but once we did, oh my!  Too cute!
 

Baby Z

Some wonderful friends of mine were blessed with this precious little baby boy a week ago.  Thank you for allowing me the honor of photographing him for you.  He's simply beautiful.  Congratulations!

Baby F

I had the honor of meeting and photographing three week old baby F this afternoon.  He is such a sweet baby, and has the most adoring big sister too.  (...and you just have to love her curls!)  :o)  Wishing your family a very Merry Christmas!

W Family

This family is just seriously too cute!  I had a blast running around with these kiddos, trying to beat the quickly fading light while at the same time distracting them from remembering that they were cold!  Their neighbor graciously allowed us to use his farm for some beautiful background settings, and afterwards the kids even got to feed the horses some tasty carrots!

S Family

I've known this awesome family for a long time now, and I always enjoy taking their photos each year.  The boys are super silly and have amazing imaginations - tonight we were running away from bears!  We saw this spider during our walk, (anyone know what it is?) and I love that I caught W's startled jump when the spider suddenly moved!  I have so many favorites, here's just a few!
