Tuesday Trivia - what's on my crochet hook today?

A tiger, that's what!  Well, a tiger hat, anyway!  That's what Girl 2 decided she wanted me to make for her to wear for hat day this month.  So I'll have a ladybug and a tiger to send off to school this Friday!  :)

For this hat I'm using Red Heart yarn in Pumpkin and Black, a 5.50mm hook, and my own pattern.

And a bit of tiger trivia for you... a tiger's stripes are like fingerprints.  No two are exactly the same.  The stripes are not only in their fur, but are also a pigmentation of the skin as well.
