Wanted: Baby Girl who loves Ducks!

Okay, so I need a baby. More specifically, a baby girl, between the age of 7 or 8 mos to a year, or so. (I can hear several of you saying, um, Juli... huh? right now, so I'd better explain!) LOL I found the cutest bright yellow stuffed duck wearing a pink hat the other day. This thing sits about 2-1/2 feet high and I thought it would look adorable with a little girl of just-sitting-up age. Problem is, all the little cuties I know are now past that age. They'll still look adorable with this duck, I know, so I'm sure I'll be taking photos of them with it too soon, but I get this image/idea in my head and of course I want to try it out right away! So. If you have or know of anyone who has a little girl who loves bright yellow ducks and is interested in a free 30 minute session, let me know! :o))

This weekend I also got to try out the other idea I had in mind when I bought this chair. I think this is about the only dirt road left in town - I hope they don't decide to pave it!

I had the pleasure of photographing two lovely sisters this weekend. We started indoors then moved outdoors to take advantage of the beautifully warm weather. Here's your sneak peek, girls! :)

Art Miniature

I finished this miniature graphite pencil drawing last night. The image size is 2" x 2" and the frame is 5 "x 5". (I scanned it into the computer rather than photographing it first, so unfortunately a lot of the detail is lost in the scan process, sorry!)

Two brothers

I had the opportunity this weekend to get out and enjoy the warm weather with some friends while taking photos of their adorable boys. I picked up this chair at a thrift store a couple weeks ago and thought it would work great for a vintage look.
Then we went over to a nearby park where we found one remaining tree with fall colors still on it! Thanks boys, for letting me take such fun photos of you. (and sorry, B, for cutting into your Vikings/Packers game time!!)
