A Spring Wedding

I was honored to attend the wedding of my dear niece last Friday.  It was a beautiful ceremony.  Here are just some of the small details that made it so lovely.  Congratulations to the happy couple!

And last, my favorite....

I had the pleasure to photograph this beautiful dog the same day I took the previous post's photos.  She is 13 years old, if I remember correctly, and was so very gentle with the kids!

Violets are blue...

...and taste good too!  We had another gorgeous day for taking this little guy's nine month pictures.  The violets added a nice little touch of color in the green grass too.

Ahh.... bare feet and grass.... the little joys of summer.  And what is summer without dandelions?  :)

I can't decide which I like better, the black and white or the slight color.  What do you think?

Little Boys Are...

...always on the move!  I had the pleasure of photographing this little guy last weekend.  It was a beautiful sunny day and he was constantly on the move, exploring everything, never stopping in one place for very long.  These are some of my favorites from our session.   

Miss Em is 2 today!

Happy Birthday Miss Em!  I had a lot of fun taking these photos of her as a surprise for her mommy, whose birthday was yesterday.  Their combined birthday celebration yesterday was filled with family, friends and a really yummy Tinkerbell cake.  :)

She has the most adorable room in pastel colors too.  And totally by coincidence, my daughter's dress matched the baby cradle with the pink checks and greens in it!

Aren't these just the cutest shoes on this little guy?
